1 lbs Chicken Breast (1 in. cubes) |
Wet: |
2 tbls water |
1 tbls olive oil |
1 tsp apple cider vinegar |
1/2 tsp worcestershire |
1 egg |
Dry: |
3/4 cup AP Flour |
1/3 cup Corn Meal |
1/4 cup Bread Crumbs |
1/8 tsp baking soda |
Fresh: |
1/2 whole onion (yellow, chopped) |
1 whole lemon (juice & zest) |
1 bunch cilantro (fresh, chopped) |
2 cloves garlic (crushed) |
Spice: |
2 tsp garam masala |
2 tsp curry powder |
1 tsp sumac |
1 tsp dried basil |
1/2 tsp chili powder |
1/2 tsp MSG |
1/2 tsp salt |
1/4 tsp cumin |
1/4 tsp garlic powder |
1/4 tsp onion powder |
1/4 tsp paprika |
1/4 tsp tumeric |
Cube Chicken. In one gallon freezer bag combine wet ingredients and mix. Add dry ingredients, seal bag and mix. Add fresh ingredients and spices, seal bag and mix. Add cubed chicken, seal and mix throughly. Refridgerate for 2 to 4 hours.
Fry in batches in 375 degree oil for 5-6 minutes.
