SALAD: |
5 oz Salad Greens (Small container of baby spring mix) |
1 cup almonds (chopped, roasted) |
4 oz Craisins |
1/2 cup goat cheese (crumbled) |
DRESSING: |
5 tbsp orange juice |
4 tsp honey |
3 1/2 champagne vinegar |
1 tsbp canola oil |
1/2 tsp mustard (dijon) |
1/8 tsp salt (kosher) |
4 grinds black pepper |
Place greens in large sauce bowl
Sprinkle chopped almonds.
Arrange oranges on greens.
Sprinkle with craisins & goat cheese.
For dressing: whisk together until ingredients dissolved and dressing emulsified.
